It's Thanksgiving Friday everyone and that means the weekend. Who is excited?
Continuing with the Events and the Comfort Zone theme, I signed up for another event which took place this week, in fact yesterday. Vogue teamed up with Dior to arrange a beauty masterclass (which I desperately needed, as some of you know) at their Convent Garden Boutique.
This was another awkward situation for me. When you are alone, it is overwhelming at first but once the nerves settled down, you start to enjoy the occasion and have a good time.
We got beauty tips from Dior's make up artist Jamie Coombes, makeovers, drinks and also a make up goody bag to attempt the look at home.
At first, I was nervous but when it was time to leave, I had a big fat smile on my face. A big Thank You to Liam from Dior, who helped me with my make over and helped me with my purchases.
My biggest achievement this week was eating MACAROONS. This is massive, let's appreciate this mega achievement of mine. they taste de-li-cious.
I never in my wildest dream though that I will be eating Macaroons. This is one of the things that you dream of doing but when the dream turns into a reality, you don't know how to react? (do you understand what I mean??)
I was over the moon and ate not 1 but 2 macaroons. I am beyond thankful for having the opportunity to taste this delicious cookies.
If you live in Britain, you know that the Sun always play hide and seek with us. It was so exciting to finally see him come out of his shell and shine so bright.
This week I challenged my comfort level and I couldn't be more happy with the results and what I have achieved. I'm thankful, I had the opportunity to attend the beauty masterclass and eat the macaroons and enjoy the beautiful sunshine.
What are your highlights and what are you thankful for this week?

I once heard a lady suffering from sickle cell disease say, "The doctors only treat the symptoms of my disease and not the cure. So i have taken it upon myself to research on it by getting to know my body and figuring out what is good for me to stay healthy. I haven't felt any better since then. I feel great." You can't come this far to give up now. Get up every morning, step outside and breathe. Do the things you love doing the most. The things that make you happy and put a smile on your pretty face. When you are feeling down, go for walks or drives to ares that cheer you up. Rent movies you love (I will recommend "Love Actually").
