Thank you so much for your lovely comments on Be Positive Be Optimistic. It has definitely kept me going. Being positive and not letting things get to me has been one of the best decision ever. I have already seen the changes and the best part is, even at the end of a very long and stressful day, you will find a smile on my face. Such a great feeling.
I have to apologise for not replying to your comments and checking out your blogs. My weekday schedule is so tight that i hardly get the chance to sit down. I try my best to catch up on things but sometimes it is just impossible. Please bear with me.
By now you know why i named this post "The Great Fall". That was so painful, i actually hurt my neck and ankle but now it's fine. Damn, i hit the floor so hard, it was like an earthquake (well, I'm exaggerating now but it was pretty bad). Even tho i had hurt my self, i somehow was not bothered about it and couldn't stop laughing, Pain and Fun at the same time. I seriously wasn't expecting to fall like that :(
Well, that's life, you will fall but the ones who get up and carry on are the ones who succeed in Life. If you choose to stay on the ground and moan and be sad about it, you won't get anywhere. Life is full of ups and downs, just got to take it on the chin and carry on. Time doesn't stop so instead of wasting the precious moments sulking and crying, save it for the better occasions.
To the outfit, the blouse is so light and comfortable. The embroidered trim on the neckline adds a pop of colour to my rather monochromatic look. Such a great piece that can be worn as a dress, a top tucked inside a skirt or left loose paired with shorts or as a tunic and can be layered to go with the fall outfits as well.
The shoes were purchased quite a while back but again never got the chance to wear them. They traveled with me to Goa but every time i went to wear them, i couldn't find one of the shoe, so bizarre. It's only when i was unpacking my things, that's when i found the pair and surprisingly they were together. How? Remains a mystery.
From stones to sequins to beads, the hard work that went into making the shoes and the eye to detail is amazing.
Whenever i got out shopping, the one thing i keep in mind when buying things is that i must be able to pair that piece with more than three outfits. Otherwise, the money is worth saving than spending.
What are your tricks or what do you think when you go out shopping?
Do you go with a plan in mind?
Do you make a list of the things that you want to buy?
Or do you just go with the flow?
Let me know in the comment section. Be Safe and Be Happy :D
